  2. LICENSE AGREEMENT

  4. SINGLE USER LICENSE

  6. This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Terry Morse
  7. Software, Inc. The enclosed Terry Morse Software, Inc. software program
  8. (the “software”) is licensed by Terry Morse Software, Inc. for use only
  9. on the terms set forth herein. Please read this license agreement.
  10. Opening this diskette package indicates that you accept these terms.

  12. GRANT OF LICENSE
  13. Terry Morse Software, Inc. grants you the right to use one copy of the
  14. enclosed software on a single computer (i.e., single CPU). If you
  15. install the software on a network server, you must purchase a separate
  16. copy of the software for each computer that will be used to operate the
  17. software.

  19. COPYRIGHT
  20. The software is owned by Terry Morse Software, Inc. or its suppliers and
  21. is protected by United States copyright laws and the international
  22. treaty provisions. You may either (a) make two copies of the software
  23. solely for backup or archival purposes provided that you reproduce all
  24. copyright and other proprietary notices that are on the original copy of
  25. the software provided to you, or (b) transfer the software to a single
  26. hard disk provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival
  27. purposes.

  29. OTHER RESTRICTIONS
  30. You may not rent or lease the software. You may not reverse engineer,
  31. de-compile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the software.

  33. GENERAL
  34. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of California,
  35. except for that body of law dealing with conflicts of law. Should you
  36. have any questions concerning the Agreement or if you desire to contact
